Yellowstone might have ended, but now, you can live out your Dutton dreams IRL. Just a few hours away from the Montana countryside, there’s a sprawling, 16,532-acre property people are calling a “Little Yellowstone.” Here’s the catch: You’ll need a cool $85 million to live like a Dutton. Antlers Ranch is located in Meeteetse, Wyoming, and the only thing missing is Yellowstone’s signature white barns.

Similar to Dutton Ranch, Antlers Ranch has been family-owned for generations, and this is the first time it’s been listed in five generations. There are two homes on the ranch: the primary home, which was built in 1937 and remodeled in 2012; and the secondary home, which dates back to 1916. Plus, the property boasts a bunkhouse, duplex, and two ranch-style homes.

Owners can also prepare to see moose, elk, antelope, and deer roaming the land. In total, there are 40,000 controlled acres, 16,532 deeded acres, and 18 miles of private rivers and creeks. The ranch has grown since it started operating in 1895, absorbing other smaller ranches.

“Growing up, I never thought I’d have the opportunity to live my adult life on Antlers,” Sam May, the fifth-generation Antlers owner, shared in the ranch’s brochure. “I thought I’d have to go out into the world and make my living in a different fashion. The luck of being able to end up here, working the ranch every day and to live my life on it—I’ve been very fortunate.”

According to the Live Water Properties website, there are five income streams from the ranch: bison, hay, minerals, hunting and fishing, and gravel.
