2026 marks the Year of the Horse, and Disney California Adventure is saddling up with brand new arrivals to their food offerings. Drawing inspiration from traditional Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, and Vietnamese dishes, these meals, snacks, and desserts are sure to satisfy virtually any craving—savory or sweet.

To make the most of your visit, you can also purchase a Sip and Savor Pass, which gives you the opportunity to sample six eligible food or nonalcoholic drink items. The Lunar New Year begins February 17, but Disney is celebrating early—most of these selections are available from Friday, January 23 until Sunday, February 22.
