Recently opened at Simon Property Group’s Stanford Shopping Center, Zaytinya Palo Alto is José Andrés Group’s first Northern California restaurant, blending the group’s celebrated hospitality with the innovative, passionate energy of Silicon Valley.

The restaurant introduces its acclaimed mezze-inspired dining experience to the region, celebrating the flavors and culinary traditions of Turkey, Greece, and Lebanon through Chef José Andrés’ deep knowledge of Mediterranean cooking and the extensive research and development of the José Andrés Group culinary team. Guests can expect Zaytinya’s signature offerings—spreads like hommus and htipiti; vegetable, seafood, and meat mezzes; housemade pita; and family-style entrées—all prepared with a focus on seasonality and the unmatched bounty of Northern California’s farmers, fishers, and ranchers. The beverage program highlights Mediterranean and Californian wines alongside creative cocktails, such as a Northern California take on Zaytinya’s fan-favorite “3 PM in Istanbul,” reimagined with local berries and herbs.
