Chef-Partner Riley Huddleston draws inspiration from the California coast to debut a menu of dishes designed to be shared, complemented with handcrafted cocktails. Its signature Topside Margarita is presented with a housemade seasonal popsicle. Topside’s dedicated rooftop cold kitchen, “The Shack,” serves as a raw bar as chefs shuck fresh oysters and assemble crudos, ceviche, and aguachile. Known for its selection of premium Champagnes, Topside proudly offers a namesake Signature Lido House Cuvée, Huddleston’s one-of-a-kind collaboration with French Champagne House, Piper Heidsieck.
