Rivertide Suites

Our upscale casual, condo-style hotel is located in a beautiful waterfront setting on the Necanicum River, 2 blocks from downtown Seaside and 4 short blocks from the beach. Rivertide Suites is the perfect place to unpack and unwind. We’re close enough to enjoy the energy of Oregon’s most popular resort town and far enough away to provide a peaceful escape. Sunset readers will enjoy privacy and personal space in our large and beautifully appointed studio, one and two bedroom suites. Each suite features mountain or river views, a full kitchen, fireplace, jetted bathtub, washer/dryer, and a patio or balcony. Our rooftop viewing deck provides panoramic views of Seaside and the Pacific Ocean. In addition, we have just finished a first floor remodel which included the addition of a lobby bar. At the River Bar, guests can enjoy wines, beers and beverages from the Pacific Northwest along with small plates and charcuterie boards in the cozy elegance of the lobby or outside on the patio overlooking the river.
