How to Make It

Combine vermouth, gin, and bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with lemon twist.

1 ounce London dry gin, such as Tanqueray
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
