And yes, it looks like the set of a Nancy Meyers movie.

Diane Keaton was known for her award-winning roles and iconic style, but she also had a serious side hustle: flipping homes. One such property previously owned by the late actress is back on the market for $10.3 million in Laguna Beach, California.

Tucked into a cozy cove in the South Laguna Beach neighborhood, the nearly 2,700-square-foot, four-bedroom and three-bath home is positioned on a bluff just steps away from the ocean. The best part? There are ocean views from virtually every window. Even the kitchen sink (that’s one way to finally enjoy washing dishes!).

According to real estate records, Keaton purchased the circa-1976 home in 2021 for $6.6 million, renovated, and sold it the following year for $7.9 million. Exclusively listed by David Koffs and Brooke Wainwright of Luxury Realty, Keaton’s signature black-and-white interiors are present throughout the home, from the light fixtures to black brick accent walls and fireplaces.

With a nod to the previous owner, the listing shares, “Beyond its beauty, the residence possesses a certain provenance and storied history, having once been the personally renovated private retreat of an ICONIC, Oscar-winning, celebrated actress.”

Drive down to Table Rock Drive, and you’ll see the two-car garage with steps going down to the entrance of the property. The uniquely designed, multilevel home features a gray and white kitchen that opens up to a dining nook, and a spacious living room below. Like most waterfront estates in Laguna, the two decks—one outside the living room and another off the primary suite—offer unobstructed views of the Pacific.

This isn’t the only Laguna Beach home once owned by Keaton. In January 2004, she purchased a Mediterranean-style home built in 1928 for $7.5 million. By July 2006, the home sold for a whopping $12.75 million, according to Zillow.

P.S. The lucky buyer will also be a few steps away from another local gem: Coyote Grill, a Baja-style cantina serving up their signature calamari tacos with an oceanfront deck that’s perfect for happy hour.
