Led by husband-and-wife duo, Istanbul-born Chef Berk Guldal and co-owner Katrina Schult, Hamdi reimagines Turkish and Anatolian cuisine through a refined, modern lens. The duo brings a world-class pedigree to Seattle, with experience in renowned restaurants including Eleven Madison Park, SingleThread, and The French Laundry. 

What began as a celebrated Seattle pop-up has evolved into an intimate wood-fire restaurant where open-fire cooking, fine dining hospitality, and design-forward elegance meet. Every dish at Hamdi tells a story, from hand-minced lamb kebabs and charred eggplant to seasonal mezze inspired by Turkish traditions and global travels. Beyond the kitchen, Katrina leads an inventive cocktail program featuring infusions and flavor techniques that echo the cuisine.
