Somebody People
Somebody People delivers vibrant plant-based cuisine where fresh, locally sourced ingredients take center stage in every dish. Inspired by owners Sam and Tricia Maher’s passion for hospitality, sustainability, and exceptional dining, Somebody People upholds a strong focus on reducing waste and supporting local farmers. The seasonally rotating menu keeps things fresh, with Sunday Supper offering a multi-course tasting experience crafted from the week’s remaining ingredients, while Monday pop-ups feature guest chefs and creative collaborations. The beverage program offers a curated wine list, handcrafted cocktails, and a standout coffee program featuring high-quality brews with plant-based milk alternatives. With a bright, eco-conscious design, Somebody People is a community-driven space where sustainability, great food, and connection come together seamlessly. Their sustainability efforts have been awarded–they are one of the very few concepts in Denver to have a Snail of Approval Award from Slow Food USA.
