Pisco Sour

How to Make It
Step 1

In a cocktail shaker, combine pisco, lime juice, simple syrup, and egg whites. Add 3 or 4 ice cubes, then shake vigorously for about a minute.
Step 2

Strain into a chilled rocks glass (or martini glass), then add bitters.
Step 3

Squeeze in half a lime, then drop it into the glass.
Ingredients
2 ounces Quebranta pisco
1 ounce lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1 ounce pasteurized egg whites
2 drops Chuncho bitters or Angostura bitters
Key lime or regular lime, halved
