The Victor
Set on the grounds of The Genevieve, The Victor is Santa Ynez’s newest restaurant, here to share his love of all things food, wine and cocktails. Spearheaded by Executive Chef Beto Huizar, The Victor’s live fire-driven menu is inspired by its location and features the best of land and sea. Each dish is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from California’s central coast, featuring the use of a Josper Oven and a traditional Santa Maria Grill to smoke, roast, and grill. The Victor also features a modern design paired with evocative art, beaconing guests to linger and enjoy.
