Tallman Hotel

The Tallman is the premier boutique hotel in Lake Countym California. Originally built as a stage terminal hotel in the 1870s, it was lovingly restored and expanded following purchase by Lynne and Bernie Butcher in 2003. The hotel has 17 rooms, four of which are in the original hotel and feature fully restored antique plumbing fixtures. Four of the remaining rooms feature private back decks with Japanese “Ofuro” soaking tubs. Across the tree-shaded garden is our Blue Wing Saloon Restaurant, one of the most popular establishments in the county. Besides fine food, the restaurant hosts live music five times weekly.
