Spread Kitchen
The first brick and mortar restaurant for chef-owner Cristina Topham, and a long-held dream finally realized, Spread Kitchen opened in the spring of 2022 in the city of Sonoma, the heart of California wine country. Spread pays homage to Topham’s Lebanese roots while leaning into the hyperlocal, super-fresh ethos that permeates California’s culinary culture. Topham sources ingredients from as nearby as possible, working closely with farms and producers throughout the greater Bay Area. Topham’s menu is ever-changing by design, flowing naturally with the changing of the seasons. Spread’s internationally-leaning wine list features a rousing mix of selections from wine regions spanning South Africa, Greece, Lebanon, Tunisia and Hungary.
Respect is the cornerstone of Topham’s philosophy at Spread—respect for nature, for beautiful ingredients, for heritage, for craft, for one another. Each and every dish served at Spread Kitchen is thoughtful and intentional; a labor of love, always made from scratch.
