Sabine Café & Bar
Located in Seattle’s beloved Ballard neighborhood, Sabine Café serves as a space for its community to gather and enjoy fresh and inspiring food. An all-day café, Sabine’s culinary program is led by chef Jacob Dunkelberger and offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu highlighting the bounty of the PNW through seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms, foragers, and producers. Earlybirds can sip espresso drinks while enjoying the café’s daily brunch menu with staple dishes like shakshuka, Turkish eggs, and housemade pastries. Dinner is offered Tuesdays through Saturdays and features inspired dishes like a selection of grilled kebabs, vegetable forward mezze plates, and many shareable plates like salatim, beef awarma hummus, housemade focaccia, yaffa bread, and local grain pita. No matter the time of day, guests can partake in Sabine’s robust cocktail program which features a vibrant lineup of G&Ts along with many other playful libations handcrafted by the bar team.
