The glamourous restaurant incoprorates hues of black, gold, and cognac, embracing a modern dining aesthetic in the heart of Santa Barbara. The bold steakhouse-inspired menu from Chef and Owner Brad Wise’s features cuts like ribeye, American wagyu, and filet mignon that are butchered and dry-aged in-house to Chef Wise’s specifications and grilled over American Red Oak on a custom-built, Santa Maria-style grilll inside an open exhibition kitchen.
