Little Saint

Little Saint is a 100% plant-based restaurant, coffee bar, wine shop, cocktail bar, and events venue in downtown Healdsburg, Sonoma County, California. Founded through the collaboration of owners Laurie and Jeff Ubben, Executive Director Jenny Hess, and Creative Director Ken Fulk, Little Saint is committed to climate justice, animal welfare, and kindness, with a focus on sustainable practices and support for emerging makers and musicians. Its mission is to create plant-based cuisine inspired by local farms and the creativity of its culinary team, celebrating food without limitations. Little Saint fosters community by collaborating with like-minded change-makers and welcoming both plant-based diners and newcomers alike. Nearby the restaurant is Little Saint Farm, an eight-acre regenerative property that provides produce for the menu and market. Little Saint also owns and operates The Cottages at Little Saint, a set of four thoughtfully-designed private cottages, embodying the restaurant’s ethos of sustainability, creativity, and hospitality.
