Honey Salt

Honey Salt is an off-the-Strip Las Vegas restaurant from hospitality expert Elizabeth Blau and her husband, chef Kim Canteenwalla, designed as an extension of entertaining in their home. Since opening in 2012, Honey Salt has set a high standard for neighborhood restaurants in Las Vegas, focused on a sense of community through wine dinners, holiday meals, charitable efforts and partnerships with small farms and rising chefs. Known for its farm-to-table inspired cooking, Honey Salt offers lunch, happy hour and dinner service, as well as weekend brunch. Its chef-driven, seasonal menus are built around a core of opening-day staples, accentuated with a thoughtful variety of creative dishes that evolve with the seasons.
