Fleurette

Located in La Jolla, Fleurette is a new restaurant from the team behind Michelin-recognized Callie in San Diego. Known for his signature “cuisine du soleil,” chef and owner Travis Swikard celebrates the sun-kissed flavors of the French-Italian Riviera, paired with vibrant local ingredients from San Diego and the Southern California region. Guests can expect Egg Yolk Fettucine with Meyer Lemon from Fleurette’s garden, “Oeufs & Eggs” with local uni and black truffle, and Dry Aged Liberty Farms Duck à l’Orange. To complement the menu, lead bartender James Roe creates transportive cocktails inspired by the history, culture, and landmarks of the French, Italian, and “San Diego” Rivieras. Designed by award-winning Southern California firm Studio UNLTD, the sophisticated, 120-seat space features natural materials to draw a connection between Fleurette’s coastal surroundings with the seaside setting of the South of France. Fleurette is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday with reservations available on OpenTable.
