Cosecha at Hotel San Cristóbal
Nestled in the lush front garden of Hotel San Cristóbal in Todos Santos, Cosecha offers a true garden-to-table dining experience. Spanish for “harvest,” the 52-seat, al fresco restaurant serves dishes inspired by seasonal ingredients grown on-site. A plant-lined pathway leads guests to shareable plates like fresh salads, wood-fired meats, and whole-cooked fish. Menu highlights include Coloraditas Enmoladas—with Braised Short Rib, Cotija Cheese, Sour Cream, Pickled Onions, Mixed Greens, and Esquites—with Cotija Cheese, Guajillo Chili, and Cilantro Aioli. Thoughtfully designed by Bunkhouse Hotels, the space features sustainable materials, with seating by Mexa Design and custom Guadalajara tile tables that echo the sea and desert surroundings. Cosecha is open for coffee on select weekday mornings, dinner from Thursday – Saturday, and offers a vibrant Sunday brunch. It’s a serene, intimate escape where Baja’s flavors and landscapes come to life.
