Cantina Contramar blends bold, fresh flavors with a seafood-forward menu designed for sharing, featuring signature dishes alongside Chef Gabriela’s new interpretations; and a refined agave-forward beverage program developed in collaboration with Casa Dragones tequila, showcasing small-batch offerings, curated flights, and inventive cocktails. Designed in partnership with Frida Escobedo Studio, Cantina Contramar reflects the spirit and warmth of its Mexico City counterpart, with handcrafted touches, an open kitchen, and a vibrant, welcoming dining room that celebrates Mexican culture, craftsmanship, and culinary excellence.
