Aramara at Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita
Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita has unveiled the newly reimagined Aramara, its signature Pan-Asian dinner restaurant. Redesigned by SASSON Estudio de Arquitectura, Aramara blends Asian culinary traditions with Mexican Pacific Coast ingredients. Chef Martín Flores, inspired by his culinary training in Asia, introduces a refreshed menu featuring tableside presentations, a sushi counter, and signature dishes like XO Lobster Fried Rice and Five-Spiced Half Duck.
Aramara now boasts the region’s largest sake selection, Japanese whiskies, and exotic cocktails. A certified tea sommelier leads guests through a world-class tea program. The restaurant’s design reflects Japanese minimalism, incorporating natural materials and curated Asian artwork.
Located within the resort’s 1,500-acre beachfront community, Aramara joins Dos Catrinas and Bahía by Richard Sandoval as a premier dining destination in Punta Mita.
