Horchata Espresso Martini
Albert Law
This twist on the classic espresso martini comes from Thriller Social Club in San Francisco and uses horchata and Kahlua for added creaminess and coffee notes. The addition of cold brew concentrate makes for an easy cocktail to whip up for a crowd or as an early-evening pick-me-up.
How to Make It
1
Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake vigorously until the shaker is ice cold. The key to the espresso cocktail is having a good froth on top which comes from firmly shaking in the shaker.
2
Pour the cocktail into a martini glass with a strainer and garnish with 3 coffee beans.
