Baked Camembert with Blackberries and Rosemary

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 400°. Set the Camembert in a small roasting dish or oven-safe plate. Bake for 5 minutes, or just until the cheese starts
to melt.

Top the cheese with a few fresh berries and rosemary leaves.

Serve warm with crackers or sliced bread.

1 small wheel Camembert cheese (or Brie or triple-cream)
½ pt blackberries
2 tsp fresh rosemary leaves
