Announcing Our Next Idea House!

We’re ecstatic to announce the dreamy location of our 2017-18 idea house is… Palm Springs!

Home to many of the midcentury modern architectural masterpieces of the West, Palm Springs has long been a mecca for superior home design. This year our project—a new build in the Chino Canyon area—will be helmed by an impressive team, including Better Built Inc. and interior design team 30 Collins. The modernist home will be built into the existing landscape and will feature the latest in smart home technologies both inside and out. We’ll be opening for tours in late January–with a location near downtown Palm Springs, it’s the perfect excuse to plan a winter getaway.
