40 years of private practice in San Diego, designing 65 built projects throughout San Diego County, and a couple of neighboring counties. Self-taught, created my own apprenticeship program by working for San Diego architectural firms for several years to gain the required credits to take the State Architects Examination. At that time they were not requiring a college degree. Passed my exams and was licensed March 9, 1993. Am still working full time and will have 3 major projects under construction next year along the coast, in La Jolla, Del Mar, and Carlsbad.
