This TikTok-Famous Microwavable Meal Is the Most Popular Item at Trader Joe’s
Plus, 10 other favorites you should stock up on (if you haven’t already).

Every year, Trader Joe’s asks you to vote for your all-time favorite products in the Trader Joe’s Customer Choice Awards. The results our officially in, and we’re seeing a few familiar foods you likely already have in your pantry.
From freezer section favorites like soup dumplings and spinach-artichoke dip to teeny-tiny produce, the award-winning items were selected across 11 categories: Overall, New, Beverage, Cheese, Produce, Appetizer, Breakfast & Brunch, Lunch & Dinner, Bath, Body & Home, Snack, and Sweet Treat.
Below, check out the list of TJ’s must-haves that came out on top this year—including two that were inducted into the retailer’s Product Hall of Fame.
Steamed Pork and Ginger Dumplings
It’s official: Trader Joe’s popular Pork and Ginger Soup Dumplings have come in first overall. After taking home second place last year, they’ve risen to the top spot, followed closely behind by the fall-favorite Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese.
Protein Pancakes
TJ’s Protein Pancakes were top choice among new products, packing 20 grams of protein per package. Cottage cheese and egg whites are the secret ingredients in the mix, and these pancakes come ready to eat after a 15-second spin in the microwave.
Spiced Cider
A number of seasonal items also made the list, with Spiced Cider taking the cake in the beverage category. Made with U.S. apples and no added sugar, it’s topped the list more than five times. This product is such a star, in fact, that it was also inducted into the Trader Joe’s Product Hall of Fame.
Brazil Nut Body Butter
Another seasonal item, Brazil Nut Body Butter, earned gold in the Bath, Body, and Home category. You’ll have to wait until this summer to get your hands on it again, but TJ’s offers similar body butters worth trying before then, such as the Coconut Body Butter or Ultra Rich Body Butter.
Goat Cheese
Over in the cheese section, the G.O.A.T was the Chevre Goat’s Milk Cheese. Although TJ’s has a variety of chèvre options, their traditional goat cheese took the number one spot.
Teeny Tiny Avocados
The six count of Teeny Tiny Avocados was the winner for produce, proving that their smaller size only made them more beloved. The avocados have dominated this category more than five times and are headed to the Hall of Fame with the Spiced Cider.
Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Another perennial favorite pick from the frozen section beat out all other appetizers: Creamy Spinach and Artichoke Dip. Veggies, parmesan and Swiss cheese, and herbs combine to make the perfect pairing with any chip or cracker.
Hashbrowns
Serving up delicious morning goodness, these hashbrowns claimed the top spot for best breakfast food item. These shredded potato patties make the ideal addition to any breakfast spread, or stand alone as something to grab on your way out the door. Psst…try topping them with TJ’s award-winning avocados!
Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice
For a quick and easy lunch or dinner, try the Butter Chicken with Basmati Rice. Keep it frozen until you’re ready to eat, and pop it in the microwave 10 minutes before mealtime.
Garlic Butter Irish Potato Chips
You may recognize the Garlic Butter Irish Potato Chips, since it was last year’s most popular new product. This year, it scored the highest in the snack category. Made from potatoes in Ireland, these chips combine traditional saltiness with creamy butter and garlic.
Sublime Ice Cream Sandwiches
Last but definitely not least, the Sublime Ice Cream Sandwiches was the sweet treat of choice among customers. Vanilla ice cream smashed between two chocolate chip cookies and rolled in mini chocolate chips? What’s not to like?
