Dirty Gourmet, experts in outdoor cooking, share their recipe for Churro Chocodillas. This cinnamon-sugar twist on the traditional quesadilla satisfies your sweet tooth on the trail. To make these delicious treats, you will need to bring a backpacking frying pan, backpacking stove and fuel, backpacking spatula, small cutting board, and a small knife. At camp, heat tortillas in virgin coconut oil and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Fold the tortilla in half and lightly sprinkle with cinnamon sugar to finish, and then cut into wedges to enjoy under the stars! You can also make these yummy treats on the stovetop back home (we won’t judge).
