Got a spare $250 million lying around? A palatial Bel Air mansion can be yours.
CNBC reports that handbag and leather goods magnate Bruce Makowsky is behind the project, which was built on spec—and he’s been keeping it largely under wraps until now. Among the home’s perks is what CNBC is calling “the most advanced home theater in any U.S. home,” along with an 85-foot infinity pool, two wine-champagne cellars, and a spa and fitness center.
The estate, which clocks in at 12 bedrooms and 21 bathrooms, also comes pre-equipped with $30 million worth of cars, millions worth of fine art, and six-figure Roberto Cavalli table settings.
