Helmed by Chef de Cuisine Ethan Diamant with an Italian-focused wine and spirits program by Wine and Beverage Director Carlin Karr and Senior Sommelier Rylan Bonaccorsi, Tavernetta Vail’s tasteful iterations of Italian favorites include Rigatoni with Lamb Ragu, Manzo and seasonal Risotto.
