Created by Spiegelworld and helmed by Executive Director of Hospitality Niko Novick, Ski Lodge takes inspiration from the intimate, no-frills après-ski bars of Japan’s legendary slopes—most notably, the iconic Bar-Gyu in Hokkaido. Beyond its immersive winter cabin aesthetic, Ski Lodge delivers a sophisticated, playful beverage and culinary program. The cocktail menu balances elevated classics with seasonally inspired originals, perfectly complementing Superfico’s signature pizzas.
