Dream Inn Santa Cruz is a newly renovated beachfront hotel and restaurant conveniently located on the historic Cowell’s Beach in Santa Cruz and just a short walk to the Santa Cruz Wharf and the legendary Santa Cruz Boardwalk. Built in 1963, the retro chic property was recently revamped, its whimsical retro-surfer décor nodding to the inn’s origins and Santa Cruz’s history as a surfing mecca. Jack O’Neill Restaurant & Lounge—named after the legendary surfer, wetsuit inventor, marine advocate, and Santa Cruz native—features local and sustainable fresh seafood from the Monterey Bay, meat and produce from small, local organic farms, and local wine and craft beers.

The hotel has a partnership with the Surfrider Foundation and they have received certification from Green Key Global.
