Tasting House

Tasting House is a California Bistro that combines seasonal culinary fare and an award winning wine list, with a bit of adventure.

Our acclaimed Executive Chef, Julian Silvera, with with ~35 local farmers to craft a California influenced menu that balances sophistication and classic dishes with creativity, using hyper-locally sourced ingredients. 

Our team of 10 Sommeliers have curated a wine list that offers more than 65 wines by the glass, 150+ Champagnes, and an international wine list of ~1,000 bottles, or enjoy a classic cocktail.  

The menu suggests a wine or beverage pairing with each dish to provide guests with a complete and delicious dining experience. 

Located adjacent to the main dining room is a Champagne Bar where we saber a bottle of Champagne every Friday evening at 5PM. 

Live Music is offered Friday and Saturday evenings.
