Set within a standalone, contemporary hale, Moana is inspired by the ancient trade routes of Polynesia and the voyagers who shared the bounty of land and sea. Offering breakfast and dinner, Moana’s unexpected yet approachable dishes feature hyperlocal ingredients that reflect Hawaiʻi’s culinary melting pot.

Influences from the Pacific Rim can be seen throughout the menu, from time-honored Hawaiian techniques and ingredients sourced from locations as close as the resort’s onsite farm, Kahiko Mālaʻai. Highlights include Kamuela Farms tomato and strawberry salad, chilled Kona lobster and miso kanpachi sourced from Kona’s own local Blue Ocean Mariculture, and Moana’s Pineapple Upside Down Cake—a pineapple-studded toffee pudding cake served tableside.
