Averylily

Founded in 2022 by veteran home decor entrepreneur Lily Kanter and leading interior designer Avery Solmssen, Averylily designs spaces and products that reflect the natural beauty of their surroundings in Hawaiʻi to create memorable, soulful environments.

The Averylily Design Studio specializes in full-service interior design for new construction and renovations. It blends thoughtful collaboration with clients in Hawaiʻi and beyond with a deep connection to the environment. Averylily’s design process seamlessly integrates clients’ needs and visions while utilizing locally sourced materials and touchstones specific to Hawaiʻi. The resulting spaces are authentic, practical, and full of meaning that captures the beauty of their surroundings. 

The Averylily Home Collection launched in early 2024 with high-quality bedding, bath, and decor that celebrates the beauty of Hawaiʻi, paired with a color palette that reflects the elements—basalt, palm, sand, and sky. Honolulu-based artist Andrew Mau designed the iconic surfer print featured on their hand blockprinted quilts and textiles, highlighting their dedication to local artists.

In 2025, Averylily was honored with the Inc 500 Female Founders Award. Its studio design work and home collection has been featured in Veranda, House Beautiful, Sunset, Honolulu Magazine, and Modern Luxury Hawaii, among others.
