Safta is an award-winning Israeli restaurant from Pomegranate Hospitality in the River North neighborhood in Denver. Translating to “grandmother” in Hebrew, Safta gives a subtle nod to the way food nurtures and connects us while paying tribute to Israel’s ever-evolving culinary landscape.
