Bellota
Inspired by the regional cuisines and traditions of Spain, Bellota has crafted an eclectic menu of wood-fired meats, slow-roasted vegetables, inventive paellas, fresh seafood, medium-sized tapas, and imported charcuterie and cheeses. Alongside Executive Chef Gonzalo Tecuaque’s menu, Bellot’a Spanish-focused cocktail menu highlights Spain’s drink of choice: the Gin Tonic. The all-Spanish wine list emphasizes small producers and growers, as well as sherry on tap. With a mix of industrial and hand-crafted design elements, the restaurant’s 140-seat dining room captures the surrounding cityscape and channels an airy, Mediterranean setting.
