This New Glamping Site Is an Oasis in the Desert
Under Canvas’ newest location allows you to discover the Southwest’s most beautiful attractions.
Sharing a border with Utah and Arizona is beautiful Lake Powell, long considered a playground for adventure seekers in the Southwest.
It serves as the perfect spot to spend your days hiking, swimming, and discovering new adventures. And after a long day of it all, there are plenty of places to pitch a tent and watch the Milky Way begin its awe-inspiring journey across the night sky.
There is no doubt that Lake Powell’s pristine views have attracted people from all over the world. Now, one glamping company is offering a brand new way to soak in the beauty of it all—without enduring the rough conditions associated with traditional camping.
Our friends at Under Canvas are excited to announce their newest location, Lake Powell-Grand Staircase, featuring state of the art glamping sites balanced on top of a canyon rim plateau that offers 360 degrees of stunning views.
The safari-style tents come in three different options: suite, stargazer, and deluxe. With furnishings from West Elm, you’re likely to feel at home rather than a thousand miles away in a remote desert.
The site also features dining, fire pits (and s’mores of course), an array of camp activities, a guest experience coordinator, and an on-site slot canyon for you to explore.
If that doesn’t keep you busy enough you can leave the vicinity of your luxurious tent and explore everything the surrounding area has to offer. From Horseshoe Bend to Antelope Canyon, the sights are never-ending.
There are only 50 canvases available, so you’ll want to get your hands on one quickly.
