This simple iced drink has a balance of fruity flavors from the strawberry milk and earthy notes from the earl grey tea. If you can’t find strawberry milk, mash a few teaspoons of freeze-dried strawberries and add them to the milk of your choice. Most strawberry milk you will find at the store is dairy-based, so by making it yourself you can create a dairy-free version!

How to Make It

1

Steep Earl Grey tea in a mug and leave the teabag in until tea is cool. You can make the tea in advance and store it in the fridge.

2

Add whipping cream and sugar to a small bowl and whisk for about five minutes until a soft whipped cream is formed; it should be a pourable consistency.

3

Pour cooled tea over ice in a glass, add strawberry milk, and top with soft whipped cream. Mix to combine and enjoy!
