PB&J Smoothie
This recipe comes from the book, Feel Good Smoothies where author Sandra Wu writes, "Inspired by the nostalgic after-school lunch, this drink is designed to keep you full in a sustainable way. Peanut butter is a fantastic source of monounsaturated fats and protein and combined with fiber-rich rolled oats, this smoothie is super satisfying." Find more recipes and tips from Wu here.
