Negroni cocktails (1109)
Photography by Annabelle Breakey

Much of a negroni’s flavor comes from Campari, a bitter Italian aperitif. As with so many bitter things, people tend to love it or hate it. Prep Time: 5 minutes.

How to Make It

Step 1
1

In a large cocktail shaker or pitcher, combine gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. Add ice cubes and stir or shake until mixture is cold. Strain into 6 cocktail glasses. Over each glass, twist an orange zest strip to release its oils and drop into glass. Serve immediately.
