Lime with Red Chilies
Notes: Spoon this sauce onto raw oysters on the half-shell.
How to Make It

Combine 2 parts each lime juice and Asian fish sauce, 1 part minced fresh ginger, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar for each tablespoon lime juice. Then add hot chili flakes to taste.
