Garlic Cheese Bread

We've been busy at work here in the Sunset Test Kitchen to bring you the secrets to perfectly cheesy garlic bread. The key? Use three cheeses! 
 

How to Make It

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Combine all ingredients, except the baguette, in a medium-sized bowl.

Slice the bread in half lengthwise and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Spread the cheese mixture evenly over both sides of the bread.

Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and nicely browned.

Slice into pieces and serve.

 

 

Ingredients

 ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
 ¼ cup parsley, chopped, leaving some for garnish
 ¼ cup green onions, green ends only, sliced thin
 1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped, leaving some for garnish
 5 garlic cloves, grated on a microplane
 ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
 ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated
 ½ cup Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
 1 French baguette
