shefayoga Venice is a 5600 square foot yoga studio with 4 practice rooms (2 heated, 2 not heated) with over 100 classes per week, located only 2 blocks from world-renowned Venice Beach in California. We offer many varieties of yoga and meditation: Vinyasa, Rocket, 26&2, Dharma, Kundalini, Sculpt & Flow, Pilates, R3BAR, Yin, Restorative, Sound Healing, Qi Gong, and guided meditations. We hold many specialty events and trainings on a monthly basis. We have the most experienced teachers with creative freedom to teach from their heart. Our front desk is friendly and welcoming. Community is our #1 core value. Our goal is for you to step into our studio and feel like you belong. You are invited to sit in our open living room to chat with your fellow yogis, drink some complimentary, tea or find a beverage and/or snack from our cafe. We offer free wifi, showers, secured lockers, and parking onsite for 2 hours for $2 with validation. You will feel a different vibe at shefayoga Venice, one that you will want to keep coming back to over and over again. It is truly a special place.
