Los Angeles-based textile brand and design studio Block Shop.
What
Block Shop is opening its first-ever retail location in front of its Atwater Village design studio, after starting off with just a block printed scarf collection in 2013. The new storefront is filled with Block Shop’s printed designs, including its new fall scarf collection.
When
This Saturday, November 30, from 12pm to 7pm. Starting December 1, the shop will be open on Fridays and Saturdays 11am to 7pm.
Where
3191 Casitas Ave, Suite 156 in Los Angeles’s Atwater Village.
Why
“The dream with our new studio was always to open the front room up as a proper shop, so we can share our world with our beloved customers,” says co-founder Hopie Stockman. “We already have multiple shopping appointments in here every day, so we figured why not make the store open to everyone two days a week, just in time for holiday shopping.”
