In a recent roundup of unique, jaw-droppingly expensive homes, Realtor.com reported that the priciest property is a palatial estate in—where else—Beverly Hills, California. We all know 90210 for Rodeo Drive and its luxury stores, celebrities, fine dining… the list goes on. 1420 Davies Drive is a 21,800-square-foot megamansion situated on top of a 7.8-acre promontory—and it’s on the market for a whopping $87 million.

The photos of the sprawling property, captured by architectural photographer Joe Bryant for real estate agent Aaron Kirman’s team, show the pristine grounds and interiors of the European chateau-style estate. The single-family home boasts eight beds, 12 bathrooms, an industrial-grade chef’s kitchen, billiards room, home theater, four-car garage, and even a two-story library with a spiral staircase.

Most recently, it was relisted on July 15, 2024, also with the same $87 million price tag. Back in 1998, the property originally sold for $800,000 and the home was built in 2004. Over the years, it’s been featured in music videos, TV shows, films, and more, according to TheRealDeal.com.
