Kibler & Kirch

Montana-based interior design firm Kibler & Kirch has been creating timeless, quality—and thoughtfully personalized—interiors for 35 years. Owner and creative director Jeremiah Young purchased the firm in 2010, moving it from Red Lodge, Montana, to the historical Stapleton Building in downtown Billings, which now houses the Kibler & Kirch design studio, a retail store and an art gallery. Known as a Renaissance man, Young has designed new furniture for 125-year-old Old Hickory and done collabs with brands like Pendleton; designed commercial interiors for restaurants, retail, and the historic Billings Petroleum Club; mentored Montana artists who have gained national acclaim; undertaken a painstaking historical renovation of his 1904 Stapleton Building, opening the new 10,000-square-foot Kibler & Kirch home store; renovated a Wyoming cabin as homage to Thomas Molesworth; and advised on ranch furnishings for TV series Yellowstone. Working with a boutique team of 10 for clients primarily in the Mountain West, he’s expert in project management and space planning, as well as every level of hands-on home design from remodel through complete blueprint-to-turn-key experiences. From rustic reimagined cabins to sprawling luxury ranches in contemporary or traditional styles, Young prizes quality, authenticity, handcrafted and one-of-a-kind pieces, and hard-working materials that become heirlooms for generations to come. Pairing an expansive and eclectic collection of American-made furnishings, artwork and accessories that provides a deeper design resource than any other interior design firm in Montana with Young’s out-of-the-box creativity, Kibler & Kirch is as much design laboratory as atelier.
