Originally opened in the 1940s to house Western movie stars, Pioneertown Motel has recently been fully renovated into a comfortable, small boom-town respite. Plan your day around golden hour—the last hour of sunlight before sunset—for gorgeous, glowing shots of you and your guests. Once the stars are out, everyone can hole up in one of the 19 guest rooms or camp onsite.
The Suttle Lodge, Deschutes National Forest, OR

Guests can hang out in the cocktail lounge or grab a pre-ceremony bite at The Boathouse before joining you in the Deschutes National Forest for a night you won’t forget. The lodge has 11 rooms for anyone wary of camping, in addition to lakeside and rustic forest cabins. Take note, the space is only available for weddings mid-September through mid-May.
