All the New Fall Things at Trader Joe’s Are Calling Your Name
Pumpkin treats, gluten-free goods, and more.

Every season comes with fun offerings from Trader Joe’s, but the end of the year is the most exciting one, in my opinion. You’ve got the fall treats and goodies that feature the produce of the season (pumpkins, apples, winter squash, etc.), plus later on, all the limited-edition holiday items will be on shelves. (I’m awaiting the Herbaceous Cheesy Bites, which is my absolute favorite holiday product.)
For October, you can expect pumpkin galore—a now-viral sheet cake, a loaf, and even hand soap. And if you’re not a pumpkin fan, there are other delicious fall flavors like apple cookies, butternut squash pastry bites, and butter with brown sugar and maple syrup. Take a look at the whole lineup below and start making your shopping list.
Butter with Brown Sugar & Maple Syrup, $3
Pair this autumnal compound butter with rolls, toast, pancakes, and waffles. TJ’s even suggests putting it on top of crispy hash browns, in a breakfast sandwich, or on savory grits.
Walnut Gouda Cheese, $5
Here’s something new to add to your cheese board. This mellow and smooth gouda incorporates walnut pieces for a creamy and crunchy bite.
Organic Fig & Honey Batard, $5
Trader Joe’s gets this batard from a French bakery that mixes dried figs and honey into traditional French bread. It’s soft and airy, with just a hint of sweetness.
Vanilla Cardamom Cold Brew Coffee, $5
The cardamom and vanilla in this cold brew adds herbal, floral, and sweet notes.

This one will come in handy during Thanksgiving season. With a concentrated turkey stock flavor, it can be used in soups, sauces, gravies, for basting, and for simmering with veggies.

Organic Non-Dairy Rice Beverage, $3
They also refreshed their rice non-dairy alternative. It’s smooth and lightly sweet, and like the coconut beverage, it’s enriched with calcium and vitamins A, D, and B12.

Roti and curry is the most delightful combo and Trader Joe’s is bringing it to the frozen aisle. The roti are made with wheat flour, sea salt, rice bran oil, and shortening. And the spicy red curry contains green eggplant, cabbage, and potatoes.

Thick, Bold & Spicy Red Sauce, $4
So what’s the difference between this new sauce and TJ’s other tomato pasta sauces? Well they describe it as starting like any homemade tomato sauce with diced tomatoes in juice, tomato paste, garlic, diced onion, and extra virgin olive oil. Chile Lime Flavored Fried Pork Rinds, $2
TJ’s is doing their own take on pork rinds—these are seasoned with chile pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and lemon and lime juices.
Organic Farfalline Pasta, $2
This new fun shape looks like mini, rounded bowties. The tiny noodles will add a little bit more pizzazz to your mainstay pasta recipes.

According to Trader Joe’s, an orchardist discovered a new apple growing in his Minnesota Honeycrisp orchard: He found that local bees were taking pollen from an unknown tree and cross-pollenating it with Honeycrisp blossoms. And that’s how the SugarBee apple—with flavor notes of caramel, molasses, and honey—was born.
