Possibly the biggest night in the culinary world, the annual James Beard Awards celebrates the top chefs, restaurateurs, pastry chefs, restaurant design, wine programs, and food and wine experts. The gala ceremony, held in Chicago on Monday night, honors the best of the best—and here are all the winners taking home medals in the West for 2019.
