This Charles & Charles rosé from Washington practically screams “We Are Not France!” West Coast wines have long been the rebellious younger sister to the (sometimes) stuffy Old World. But with this irreverent packaging? It’s planting its we-don’t-care-TOO-much flag even more firmly in the New World terroir. I almost don’t care if the wine tastes good. (It does.)
